Can the payment be intercepted?

No. All acoustic data is encrypted end-to-end. Recording the ultrasonic signal gives attackers nothing—the encryption keys are exchanged securely and unique per transaction.

What if someone disputes a payment?

Every transaction has cryptographic proof of authentication. The acoustic handshake + customer app signature makes disputes rare. When they happen, we have irrefutable evidence.

Is BlinknPay regulated in Kenya?

Yes. We're working with Kenya's Central Bank and operate under the Payment Systems Act. Full KYC/AML compliance, audit trails, and regulatory reporting are built in.
